Hi, I’m Shannon!

I never set out to become a spiritual guide.
For years, I worked as a clinical psychologist, helping people make sense of their pain, heal their trauma, and rebuild their lives. It was meaningful work, but over time, I started to feel a quiet pull, something deeper calling me forward.

That call grew louder during the pandemic. Without forcing or planning it, life began guiding me through a series of events that cracked me open, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. What began as uncertainty became an awakening.

I stopped trying to control where it was going and instead let myself be led.
That surrender revealed the truth of what I now know: transformation is not a mental process. It’s a death and rebirth of the self.

And once I experienced that level of transformation, there was no going back.

Transformation, As I See It

Who I am now is not who I was.
Transformation is the process of letting go of who you think you are, the identities, beliefs, and roles you built to survive, so that the truest parts of you can finally emerge.

Sometimes, it’s beautiful. Sometimes, it’s brutal.
But on the other side of every ego death is freedom, clarity, and a peace that can’t be taken from you.

That’s what I guide people through, the unraveling, the remembering, and the rebuilding of a self that is aligned with truth.

My Work

My work is multidimensional, psychology meets spirituality, science meets soul, the human meets the divine.

I’ve spent almost 20 years working with the human mind, studying trauma, attachment, and identity. Alongside that, my own spiritual awakening led me into the world of energy, embodiment, and consciousness. I’ve explored everything from psychedelic therapy to theology, and what I’ve come to know is this: everything that exists “out there” can be accessed here, through shifts in consciousness and the willingness to meet yourself fully.

I’m not a coach in the traditional sense.
I don’t believe in surface-level quick fixes.
I believe in truth, in calling people forward into the next evolution of who they are.

And I do that with piercing honesty wrapped in warmth.
My clients know that I’ll always tell them the truth, with compassion, discernment, and love. Sometimes that means gentle reflection; other times, it’s a mirror they weren’t ready to see. But it’s never from judgment. It’s always from love.

If you’re not ready to be truly seen, I might not be your person.
But if you are, I’ll meet you fully, walk beside you, and hold nothing back in your becoming.

My Spiritual Lens

I use the word God comfortably now,  though it took time.
For a long while, I said “the Universe,” because it felt safer. But through my own felt experience, I came to know God as the All That Is, the creative intelligence and divine love that animates everything.

I believe we’ve been guided by divine beings throughout history, teachers like Jesus, the Buddha, and others who walked among us to remind us of what we’ve forgotten. My upcoming studies in theology are not about religion or doctrine, but about understanding this wisdom more deeply through my own critical and intuitive lens.

What I Stand For

You don’t have to believe what I believe to work with me.
My work is not about converting you to my perspective, it’s about helping you discover your own truth, values, and sense of meaning.

I bring everything I know, the science, the psychology, the spiritual, the mystical, and offer it through the lens of love and embodied wisdom.
I guide with both my head and my heart.

And more than anything, I want you to leave my space feeling hopeful.
Because there is always a way.
Even when you can’t see it, I can, and I’ll help you see it too.

You are not broken. You’re becoming.

And the becoming, while sometimes messy and uncomfortable, is where the magic unfolds.
